My house looks great. Why should I stage it for selling?
Your home is decorated for the way you have lived in and enjoyed it. Staging transitions your personal taste into one that appeals to a broad spectrum of buyers who can easily picture themselves living in the space.

I have a Real Estate Sales Representative. Why do I need a stager?
Staging is a marketing tool that supports the work of your Sales Representative. It is much easier for your agent to sell your home if it presents well. The Stage Right team ensures your house is “market and move-in ready” by the time your agent lists it.

What if my house is already listed? How can staging help?
While it is preferable to stage your house BEFORE it goes on the market, staging can be completed at any time.  Stage Right uses a 3-step process to minimize disruption and get your house staged quickly. A consultation determines the issues requiring attention and results in a to-do list and action plan. Depending on the work required, the tasks may be completed by the seller or project managed by Stage Right. Time frame and budget are determined. The final step is showcasing which brings the “wow” factor into play and is typically completed in less than a day.

How much does staging cost?
Staging is an investment that will bring you the maximum possible return when you sell your house. The size of the house, the amount and/or complexity of the work required, and the degree to which you wish to do the work yourself determines the amount of your investment. The good news is that the investment in staging your property will be LESS than the first price reduction when it doesn’t sell in a timely manner.
A $200 consultation* with Stage Right is a wise investment. “Make the difference”

What if my house doesn’t sell?
We know from reliable survey statistics that staged properties sell quicker and for more money than unstaged properties. There may be other factors, perhaps related to price or condition (based on a home inspection), that are affecting the sale of your property. These matters should be discussed with your Real Estate Representative who as the selling expert can guide you through the sales process.
